Due to a substantial change of circumstances, I am pretty sure I could increase the amount of alimony and child support that I receive. However, I do not know how much the cost of this modification may be and that of course, is holding me back from pursuing this change. My ex would never agree to anything without the full blown trial. Just for some idea, how much would Rosen charge or thereabouts for a modification hearing? Please give me some kind of figure.
