Criminal conversation

Dear Jean:

Greetings. $15,000.00 to file? To file what? No, I cannot remember saying that anything was $15,000.00 to file (unless we are talking about a large business valuation matter or other seriously complex issue, which you may have).

If you are looking for filing a complaint and summons (as the summons must be filed with the complaint), then the initial costs are under the “litigation” section of our client fee calculator. Let me know what issues you are referring to and I will also check the client fee calculator. Best of luck.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

I am confused about the cost. I have read your emails that is cost 15,000 to file.
Does that mean the summons?
Or does that mean after the summons?
