DBB divorce In-light of new information

I was going to persue an affair DBB divorce against my wife. In the following month after decision I took it off the table due to her suicidal talk. I sent her a text that essentially took the DBB off the table(condonation)but not divorce. It has come to my recent attention that I have contacted Herpes because of her affair. Does this change anything or am I still just in the regular divorce category now. It has been a little over 3 months since I found out about the affair.

Unless all marital issues have been fully resolved by a separation agreement or court order, then you can still file a claim for divorce from bed and board against your wife.
