Just a quick question…
How does the Nc court system determin the custody and visitation of a child to a convicted and registerd Sex offender? ( sex offense wasnt phisical, it was just pictures)
My Ex is Registerd in nc and wants half custody, and visitation of our child. Since ive known for over 7 years, I know that our child is not in any phyisical harm being with her (mistakable download on her part), But she insists that we have a visitation plan filed with the courts… I do not object to our child being a part of her life, But since she insist on taking it to court, I feel she may be hurting herself… How do the courts react to these situations??
