My Daughters father is losing his home on 3/8 due to foreclosure and has not provided me with a new address or where he will be living is this grounds to file emergency custody? After 3/8 his next overnight visitation is 3/10. I am worries to where our daughter will be on his overnights.

No, the child must be at an immediate risk of harm to file for emergency custody. If he does not have a place to stay however, you do not have to let the child go with him for visitation.
