I am recently separated. I am unemployed and my unemployment will be running out in a few weeks. My wife decided that we should separate in early October. She has been the sole provider for our family for several years. I was a stay at home dad. She would not talk about helping me pay any of my expenses. I am trying to get post separation support. I documented all of her bills and all of mine. She has the extra money to help me, but refuses to do so. She has retained a lawyer. I do not have the money to retain a lawyer of my own. Is there any where that I can get legal representation cheap or free? Right now, after my bills each month I have $25 left over.
