I would like to know others experiences on this also. The day after I got my consent order signed (by stbx) I contacted CSE and they said that it would be 30 days before it got into the system.
Is your child support being administered by Child Support enforcement or by the clerk of court?

i know that the judge signed it almost 3 weeks ago. In the past it has been administered by Child Support as the amount is automatically deducted. We just had the amount modified.
I would expect it to take at least 6-8 weeks to take effect.

We have a consent order that was signed by all parties and judge about 2 weeks ago. How long does it typically take for the child support offices to put this into effect? Do we need to be checking on this?
