Husband says he will quit job before paying

My husband and I have tried to work out our marriage after 3 years after adultery was committed. I told him I was going to file for alimony. He told me he would quit his job before he gave me a dime. If that happens, what can I do?

You should still go forward with an alimony claim if you think you are entitled to it. You may be able to prove that your husband quit his job for the sole purpose of avoiding an alimony obligation which is improper for him to do.
