When figuring child support for a military member what is counted as income base pay, BAH and or BAS?
Income includes all income from whatever source derived.
My question is this. Do they include base pay only or all the other pays included. Since BAH and BAS is for living expenses I am surprised they would include that for figuring support? Can you be clear in your answers?

I stand by my answer. You could always argue to the judge the additional pay shouldn’t be included for one reason or another. I’d suggest you consult with an attorney near a military base who regularly deals with this issue.
