Dear Fefe,

Based on the information you provided, it appears that when your child turns 18, you will no longer have to carry health insurance.

Good luck,

My separation agreement states, “During the minority of the child, the wife shall carry medical and hospital insurance for the benefit of the child.” At what age will the medical insurance terminate?

Thanks,

Fefe
