I have sole custody of 2 girls. There is court ordered child support.
I am court ordered to have medical insurance on the children. The order was put into effect August 2004 and in June 2005 I lost my job that I had the insurance through. I am employed now but my employers doesn’t offer family medical coverage. I now must get a private policy that will be $295 per month opposed to the $75 per month I was paying. My ex is now taking me to court for contempt for having no insurance. If I get the private policy costing will $295 per month will his child support increase?
