I don’t know about that young, but I do know of cases where they have to deal with out of state visitation. A lot of the times, they will just say you get time on holidays and time during the summer. That young, you may be able to work something out where you can get more time at least until your daughter gets into school. Which brings up the question of is she in any type of daycare?
Yes she is in daycare
There is no specific schedule that is “fair.” If the two of you can work it out based on what you both think is best for the child that is generally the best way to get this resolved. Generally, when one parent lives far away their children will spend long weekends and extended time in the summer with the parent who does not have primary custody.

Ok right now we both live 1 mile away from each other. We have a 2 1/2 yr daughter. My soon to be x wife will be staying here. I will be going to pa. Whats a fair visitation for a child that young for me to have time with her in pa? Any examples?
