Dear raven3050:
Greetings. I suggest that you tell her you want to work out a separation agreement with custody provisions settling how visitation will work so both of your parental rights are handled appropriately, but until she signs an agreement OR tells you where the children will be, who will be there, and what they will all be doing then I would not commence with visitation. The children’s safety should be your guiding post here. Best of luck and consult an attorney soon!
