A year later, I am still getting bits and pieces of discovery, enough to apparently avoid c ontempt, but never complete.
When account statements are requested in documents, does 1 page of 26 suffice, or can you request all 26 pages?
There are multiple large amounts that come from out of the blue, and disappear just as quickly.
I ask this forum, for I get a much quicker response that through my attorneys office. I think they’re tired of me.
Multiple motions to compel inciting the tough sanctions, haven’t stirred much compliance from the other party.
I feel like giving up, but have kids to take care of and don’t have that option? Please advise.
