If a retainer is paid to Rosen for divorce representation, but after a few weeks, we decide on a DIY divorce using the free services on the state websites, what are Rosen’s refund policies? If no work, other than a consult and an email requesting supporting documentation occurs, would I be eligible for a full or partial refund?
