Representing myself (Pro Se)

If I am now representing myself (Pro Se), do I have to communicate with my ex’s attorney or can I just present everything to the judge on the date of hearing concerning motion to compel discovery and motion to modify child support? I have not had a good experience with ex’s attorney and she has been very rude to me and has given me false information about many things.

Are opposing attorney’s required to negotiate and discuss all issues before case?

At this point, since you have previously tried to get the information you seek without the court’s assistance you are not under an obligation to negotiate with your ex’s attorney further on this issue. You may wait for the hearing date to allow the judge to rule on your motion.
