This is for my fiance…he has an 8yo daughter with his ex and we had been getting his daughter every other other weekend from Friday at 4pm to Sunday at 6pm. His ex, without telling him decided to change his daughter’s schedule so now she has swim lessons Friday evenings, karate Saturday morning and doing early dinner on Sunday. So now he gets his daughter every other weekend from noon on Saturday to 3pm on Sunday. Was it allowed for her to change the schedule like that? Is there anything he can do to get his time with his daughter? He pays his cs and helps out on any extras he can but we don’t think this is very fair. Please help! Thank you!
That does sound unfair. He should try to move at least one of the extra activities to a time she has the child.
