Can I subpoena bank statements from my ex’s bank without an attorney (my attorney quit on me)? IF so, can I request them to be delievered to my address IN ADVANCE of my next court date so I can have time to review them? Wasn’t sure if a bank would have to comply with a subpoena if not issued from an attorney??
If you are pro se the clerk will have to sign the subpoenas, but once they’re signed you can send them and request the items be delivered prior to the hearing.
