Taxes- and PSS

When my post separation support was court ordered, my attorney told me I would have to claim it on taxes, but that I could write off any interests on our mortgage/s.
Problem is, there has been so much fraud and lack of discovery that I’m not sure if I’m on any mortgages or deeds!! I thought I was!
I found out one huge one claimed as marital debt, did not have my name on it anywhere, and was done post marriage.
How can I get this information if discovery is never completed, or it continues to drag on another year???
I really need to file taxes, asap. My only income has been the PSS. Thank you for your wonderful and rapid responses.

You may run your credit report to see if your name is on the mortgage.
