Child support issues

He should immediately contact the DSS child support office and speak to them about this.

that’s the thing dss is involved in this case and are refusing to help my husband in any way. they were standing there when i caught her in 2 lies and nothing was said about it, they figured her income at 5.15 an hour, since my husband is representing himself he is given the right to see her check stub…“well that’s the thing they were taking her at her word”. that was the responce we got.
what do we do???

If the mother is on any form of state support, then the state will pursue child support from the father. At this time, a paternity test can be ordered to determine the parentage.
