Child Support

Why waste your time and money. He has already shown that he will continue to evade. Just get a job and move on with your lives and put him in your past.

I have a friend that got his child support from his father for 3 years after he was married. His father was no where to be found until he sent a Christmas card to him and his new wife so his mother was able to get his address from that, she gave the money to him and his sister when she started getting it.
Contact Child Support Enforcement Agency in your county. There is a listing of phone numbers for each county on the home site here under “child support”. You were supposed to receive that money growing up and could probably use it more now. Good Luck to you!

Well, okay I’m 18 years old and my biological father hasn’t paid but about 3 full years of child support in my life. And I was just wondering if I could still take him to court over it, since there is a court order where he is suppose to pay so much for me and my twin brother. Everytime my mother would get the state to take it out of his check he would just change jobs all the time and it would get really old trying to search for him to find where he was employed at.
