Child's behavior

My son has always been very active and stubborn and is now in Kindergarten. Needless to say, he is getting into trouble almost daily and the teacher sends home notes that he is not listening, not following directions, etc. His dad is always trying to get me in trouble for something and has been taking me back and forth to court over the past 2 years in an attempt to get me charged with contempt of the custody order. Is my son’s behavior issue a concern? Could my ex use this against me in the future to try to get custody?

You can not be held in contempt for this issue. To be held in contempt you must be show to be willfully violating an order of the court. Your son’s behavior issues cannot be used against you in this manner.
