I am separated and I have primary custody. My ex sees them every other weekend and one night during the week. I have been seeing a man from Georgia and we have discussed marriage but he wants me to move there. My ex said he would not allow me to move out of state. If I were to marry this man and he would be the primary wage earner would a judge be likely to grant me the right to move out of state?
