Does your ex-husband have to know where you live

Unless there are domestic violence issues or child abuse issues, I doubt a judge is going to allow you to keep the child’s home address a secret. That does not mean that you can’t still meet in a public place, but you should expect to have to share that information with her father.

Good luck,

Hi. My question is does your ex-husband legally have to know your home address? I would prefer to exchange our daughter at an agreed location. I would like my privacy and peace of mind that he can’t just show up and cause trouble.

Thank you
