does mecklenburg county require a hearing for no contest divorce? do both divorcing parties have to be present in person or attorneys can attend on their respective clients’ behalves? can the hearing be conducted over phone? how soon can the hearing be schedule after all the paper works being submitted to the court? how long will it take to get the final decree after the hearing? thanks.
