My ex keeps emailing my attorney directly and CC her on all the emails. Even though he has an attorney. What can I do about it? Who will be responsible for the attorney fees?
You should discuss this with your lawyer so your lawyer can tell his lawyer to stop emailing her as it is not appropriate for him to email your attorney directly when he is represented.
