I do not understand how to proceed with a Notice of hearing. Is this something I take to the Clerk of Courts or something they provide. I have filed all forms to date and will have an Affidavit of Service when going back to CoC. It has been over 30 days now. How do I file for the hearing?
There may be additional steps that need to be taken to get the matter calendared. You need to review the local rules for the county and talk with the clerk in Pitt County to determine how to calendar your hearing. In the least, you will need to file a notice of hearing, and make sure it gets placed on the calendar in the process.
